Results of investigations are given concerning usage of races of active dry yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae in getting wine materials from Far Eastern liana – actinidia argut. Cemical-technological indices and biologically active substances of berry raw materials and wine materials obtained are studied. It is stated that among races of active dry yeast S. cerevisiae race LW317-30 is more available.
