ABSTRACT The factor that must be done by educational institutions is to maintain motivation. Motivation is the main energy of the employees. Motivation greatly affects employee morale. The spirit to make good relationships with stakeholders, the spirit in running job description or personal spirit of the employees themselves in improving the life of their family.
