Pengaruh Pelatihan Motivasi Dan Kebermaknaan Kerja Terhadapkinerja Guru

Abstract Employee performance is the determinant of the success a company or organization in achieving the goals. This study raised the problem of teacher performance in school, the problem than occur, namely the lack of teacher motivation in improving performance and the lack of meaning of work that is in teachers in doing the work, which is the teacher does not immediately complete the administrative affairs of employees, and sanction that must done repeatedly to make the teacher aware. The purpose of this study was determine whether there was an effect of motivation training and meaningfulness of work on teacher performance and to knoe differences in the influence of motivation training and meninglness of work on teacher performance between experimental classes that were given motivation training and meaningfulness of work and control classes that didi not receive motivation and meaningful training work. This study uses an experimental method an uses the pre-tes and post-test control group design. The result of this study indicate the value of pre-test an post-test in the experimental class that significance value of p : 0.016 (p<0,05) means that there is an influence of motivation training and meaningfulness work on teacher performance.
