This research had as general objective to understand the connections of the human factors and their contribution to the occurrence of aeronautical accidents and incidents in civil aviation. It also aims to encourage and adopt some practices to prevent future accidents in the aeronautical environment. The present research is characterized as explanatory, with a bibliographic and documentary procedure and with a qualitative approach. The analysis of the data was done through graphs and reports, analyzed according to the theoretical basis.
