Fatores humanos e suas ligações com acidentes no meio aeronáutico

This research had as general objective to understand the connections of the human factors and their contribution to the occurrence of aeronautical accidents and incidents in civil aviation. It also aims to encourage and adopt some practices to prevent future accidents in the aeronautical environment. The present research is characterized as explanatory, with a bibliographic and documentary procedure and with a qualitative approach. The analysis of the data was done through graphs and reports, analyzed according to the theoretical basis. At the end of the research, it is concluded that the main factors that contribute to aeronautical accidents are: pilot judgment, management supervision and application of the commands, arriving at the conclusion that it is necessary both in training and when already working, that pilots seek to improve their knowledge of Operational Safety, having to make correct use of the Checklist and maintain good conduct in the cockpit putting into practice everything about the CRM. Ignorance and non-observance of safety limits make human factors a major source of contribution to the occurrence of aviation accidents and incidents in civil aviation.Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral compreender as ligações dos fatores humanos e sua contribuição para a ocorrência de acidentes e incidentes aeronáuticos na aviação civil. Também tem como objetivo o incentivo e adoção de algumas práticas afim de evitar futuros acidentes no meio aeronáutico. A presente pesquisa caracteriza-se como explicativa, com procedimento bibliográfico e documental e com abordagem qualitativa. Á análise dos dados foi feita por meio de gráficos e relatórios, analisados de acordo com a fundamentação teórica. Ao finalizar a pesquisa, conclui-se que os principais fatores que contribuem para os acidentes aeronáuticos são: julgamento de pilotagem, supervisão gerencial e aplicação dos comandos, chegando a conclusão de que se faz necessário tanto na formação quanto quando já trabalhando, que os pilotos busquem aprimorar seus conhecimentos em Segurança Operacional, devendo fazer o uso correto do Checklist e manter boa conduta na cabine de comando colocando em prática tudo sobre o CRM.O desconhecimento e a não observância dos limites de segurança fazem dos fatores humanos uma grande fonte de contribuição para a ocorrência de acidentes e incidentes aeronáuticos na aviação civil
