This research aimed to understand the human factors contributing to the occurrence of aeronautical accidents and incidents considering the non-compliance with what is regulated regarding the aeronautical workday. This article is characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary procedure through books, articles, reports, regulations and laws. The approach used was qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was performed through graphs and charts, analyzed according to the theoretical foundation. At the end of the research, it is concluded that ignorance and non-observance of the limits of the workday make human factors a major source of contribution to the occurrence of aeronautical accidents and incidents.Esta pe...
