A incidência de fatores de risco ante ao elemento humano ao sobrexceder a jornada de trabalho

This research aimed to understand the human factors contributing to the occurrence of aeronautical accidents and incidents considering the non-compliance with what is regulated regarding the aeronautical workday. This article is characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary procedure through books, articles, reports, regulations and laws. The approach used was qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was performed through graphs and charts, analyzed according to the theoretical foundation. At the end of the research, it is concluded that ignorance and non-observance of the limits of the workday make human factors a major source of contribution to the occurrence of aeronautical accidents and incidents.Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo compreender os fatores humanos contribuintes para a ocorrência de acidentes e incidentes aeronáuticos levando em conta o descumprimento do que é regulamentado no tocante à jornada de trabalho aeronáutica. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratória com procedimento bibliográfico e documental por meio de livros, artigos, reportagens, regulamentos e leis. A abordagem utilizada foi qualitativa e quantitativa. A análise dos dados foi feita por meio de gráficos e quadros, analisados de acordo com a fundamentação teórica. Ao finalizar a pesquisa, conclui-se que o desconhecimento e a não observância dos limites da jornada de trabalho fazem dos fatores humanos uma grande fonte de contribuição para a ocorrência de acidentes e incidentes aeronáuticos
