Interpretare e sentire: un modello semiotico tra fenomenologia e scienze cognitive

In this essay, I will claim that feeling, in its threefold nature, the sensitive, the aesthetic and the perceptive one, is a structural form of interpretation. I will investigate the relationship between the aesthetic and the logic, between sensitivity and language, between perception and “higher” cognitive faculties, from the perspective of a semeiotic theory, in the attempt to come up with a new form of phenomenology (phaneroscopy) on semiotic-linguistic and structural grounds. Finally, in support of my assumption, I will work at the relationship between knowledge-how and knowledge-that based on some recent discoveries of computational neuroscience
