The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Boyolali Pratama Tax Service Office. This study also aims to collectively determine the effect of the three independent variables on the dependent variable and to find out which variables are the most dominant influence among the three independent variables on the dependent variable. This type of research is a quantitative research, study with a population of all employees of the Pratama Boyolali Tax Service Office, amounting to 104 employees as a population, with a sample of 80 people.
