This report presents an analysis of the probable onshore impacts of implementing one or a combination of three energy systems technologies studied off the coast of New Jersey and Delaware. The three systems are: (1) Oil and natural gas development on the Mid-Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf; (2) Installation of a deepwater port to accomodate supertankers in the Mid-Atlantic area; and (3) Construction of at least two floating nuclear powerplants.
