OCS & Energy Facility Planning Project Camden County

This study is part of the New Jersey Office of Coastal Zone Management (OCZM) plan to study the possible onshore effects of Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) oil and gas development and for other energy facility planning activities. Twelve counties in New Jersey were funded to complete this study. The primary function of this study for Camden County is to analyze the county's ability to absorb the energy-related facilities that may be generated by the energy resource development activities.This study was conducted under a contract authorized by the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders. It was financed in part by monies made available to the Office of Coastal Zone Management, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.Purpose: To analyze and present findings and recommendations on how OCS and energy facilities may impact Camden County, New Jersey
