With aid of Federal funding and with guidance from New Jersey's Office of Coastal Zone Management, Monmouth County conducted this study to determine the character, likelihood, and potential impacts of offshore oil and gas development in the Outer Continental Shelf, and to acquire and establish a data source for continued planning. The report describes the objectives, assumptions, procedures, findings, and recommendations of the study.
