The paper presents an overview of the impact of organizational culture on the work of organizations with a special emphasis on state administration. Some of the causes, as well as solutions for improving its quality, have been identified, including the need to restructure human resources, in the sense of their new development and integration into systemic changes. Based on the information obtained in this research, we can conclude that it is very important to focus on the organizational culture.
