To detect depositions of anti-ssRNA and C3, kidney sections from 4 month old w.t. and MFG-E8-/- H564 mice were stained with antibody specific for id (left) and C3 (right). The staining intensities in the glomeruli were quantified by Image J. Each data point represents the average of 5 glomeruli from an individual animal.</p
