Abstract The study aims to analyze the influence of education levels, health, wages, and investment on labor productivity in Central Java Province. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression, which is a combination of cross section data (35 districts / cities in Central Java) and time series data for five years (2013-2017). The data used was obtained from the official website of the Central Java Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Based on the results of the Chow test and the Hausman Test the best model chosen is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM).
