The aspect that is often a problem in employment is employment opportunities, where the growth of the labor force always increases from year to year but not balanced with the availability of employment. In Central Java the growth of working people is relatively low each year. This study aims to analyze the effect of minimum wages, inflation, and GRDP on employment in Central Java in 2008-2017, using a panel data regression model with secondary data obtained from several sources. The results of this study indicate that the variable minimum wage and GRDP affect labor absorption in Central Java. Inflation variable does not affect employment in Central Java. Suggestions that can be given based on this research are the government needs policies ...
