ABSTRACT The purpose of this research to proof and analyze the influence of work environment, work mottivation, and compensation on employees performance at University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This resarch using 36 employees for sampel and taken by covenience samping method.Convenient sampling is choosing sampel freely accordingencountered. The data analysis in this reasherch uses SPSS version 22.To examine and prove the research hypothesis so The analysis method that is used is multiple linear regression.result of this reserch show that work environment,work mottivation,and compensation didn’t have influence on employee persormance.This can be seen from the value tcount< ttabel.
