This work aims to analyze the level of motivation of employees of the company Gran Mestri Alimentos. Motivation is considered to be one of the most important factors within organizations, providing an environment conducive to the development of tasks, improving organizational climate and operational performance. Human motivation becomes a matter of concern, since an individual motivated to perform his work, both individually and in a group, tends to provide better results, in which motivation becomes understood as a fuel for the productivity of organizations.
