This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Job Training, and Compensation on Employee Performance. This study was designed survey with employees of the accounting department working at PT. Jamu Air Mancur Karanganyar. The population in this study were all accounting employees of PT. Jamu Air Mancur Karanganyar. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique that is, all populations were sampled. The total number of respondents who participated was 37 employees. The data analysis model used is a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS test tool.
