PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA DAKOCAN UNTUK MATERI PENJUMLAHAN DAN PENGURANGAN KELAS 1 SD

Mathematics is a subject that is difficult for students to learn. Lack of interest and enthusiasm of students in learning Mathematics addition and subtraction materials make students experience difficulties and obstacles in understanding mathematics learning. As experienced by students in the class of He and Ib Sabilul Khoir Batu Islamic Elementary School Malang. Based on the results of interviews, some students in grade 1a and ib did not understand addition and subtraction material, as evidenced by 37 students 29 and 35 of 19 children who did not understand. This study aims to help students understand the addition and subtraction of elementary school class I. The research and development model used is the ADDIE model. There are 5 research and development procedures, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The data source is the students of the He and Ib classes at the Islamic Elementary School sabilul khoir malang in the academic year 2017/2018. Retrieval of data using observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, questionnaire responses of students in the use of media, using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of research and development show that the use of dacocan learning media is appropriate to be used in mathematics learning, the addition and subtraction material is proven by the results of the validation of several experts with 95% media expert validation, 92% material expert validation and the validation of the two learning experts with a value of 97% and 77%, and the researchers implemented in the class Ia and Ib the response of students to the media became more active and innovative in learning than before before using proven learning media supported by the results of the questionnaire responses of students from classes Ia and Ib on average showed the percentage results for small groups the percentage results are 96% and for large groups in the class of Ia and Ib, the values are 90% and 92%. The use of Dakocan media received a positive response from students and was very suitable for use in mathematics learning. Addition and subtraction materials. The results of the research and development of dacocan media are suggested to be used as a reference media in the learning of mathematics in addition and subtraction of elementary school class I and as a means to assist teachers in teaching addition and subtraction to be more active, creative and fun
