<i>sclB</i> accelerates and increases conidiation of <i>A</i>. <i>nidulans</i>.

<p>A) Comparison of wildtype <i>A</i>. <i>nidulans</i> (WT), deletion of <i>sclB</i> (Δ<i>sclB</i>), <i>sclB</i> complemented (comp) by reintroducing the <i>sclB</i> ORF into Δ<i>sclB</i> and overexpressed (<i>sclB</i> OE) strains, which were point inoculated (upper part) or plated (lower part) and grown under asexual (light) or sexual (dark) inducing conditions for 3 d.
