<p>(A) Kinetics of germ tube formation in inoculated WT (FGSC4), Δ<i>velB</i> (THS16.1) and complemented (THS20.1) strains inoculated on solid MM at 37°C in the presence of glucose (1%). The number of conidia showing a germ tube protrusion was recorded at different times and is presented as a percentage of the total number of conidia in these fields. Data were obtained from two independent experiments.
