The purpose of this research is to know whether there is effect of students perception of teachers skill to students interest in introduction of accounting class X At 40 Vocational High School Of East Jakarta. Data collection using technique questionnaire. Affordable population in this research were student of the X accounting, X office administration, X marketing at 40 Vocational High School of East Jakarta with totaling 135 student with the total samples 100 student. From regression analytic result, we get regression Ŷ = 57,29 + 0,52 X. The results of data analysis showed the value of t hitung 5,00 more than ttabel 1,98. Data analysis results show the value of F hitung 24,96 more than Ftabel 3,94. The result showed the positive influence between students perception of teachers skill with students interest 0,451 and coefficient of determination (R 2 ) 20,30%. The conclution of this research is there are positive influence and significance between students perception of teachers skill with students interest
