<p>Adipose tissue was harvested from control and <i>Aah</i>-injected mice after 24 hours and stromal vascular cells (SVCs) were separated from tissue by collagenase digestion. SVCs were stained for F4/80, CD11b, and CD11c cell surface proteins and analyzed by flow cytometry.
