HIF-1α affected chemotactic migration of PDAC cells through CX3CR1.

<p>(<b>A</b>) MiaPaCa2 cells were cotransfected with pcDNA3.1-HIF1α plasmids (1 µg) (left) or with siHIF1α #2 (50 nM) and pEGFP-C1-CX3CR1 overexpression plasmids (1 µg) (right) for 48 h and assessed for chemotactic migration (upper) to SK-N-BE conditioned supernatants.
