<p>The synaptic proteins (A and B) SNAP-25, (C and D) synaptophysin, and (E and F) PSD-95 were measured in frontal cortex protein extracts from female and male ADAMTS1 null (−/−) and wildtype (+/+) mice at P8, P28, and P90 (n = 4–7 per age, sex, and genotype). The values for units synaptic protein/µg protein were compared with a two-tailed Student’s <i>t</i> test between genotypes for each sex at each age; *p<0.05 and **p<0.01 indicates a difference from the wildtype same sex, same age mouse group.</p
