Microarray analysis of miRNA expression changes in Müller cells post-ESMV treatment.

The expression of 25 miRNAs was altered at all three time points tested. The majority of the miRNA expression changes occurred at 48 hours post-ESMV, progressively increasing from 41 miRNAs at 8 hours, to 60 miRNAs at 24 hours, and 148 at 48 hours.
