<p>Both rows of images are from the same patient, different cytospin locations. These two sets of images illustrate the presence and absence of cells negative for CD45, yet positive for both CK and vimentin as well as only positive for CK. Also presented is a “ghost” of what appears to be a cell which has lost its nuclei.</p
