BCR specificity analysis of B cells in the spleen.

<p>(A) FITC-conjugated actin in combination with anti-CD21 and anti-CD23 antibodies was used to analyze the antigen specificity of MZ and FO B cells by FCM following BM transplantation. The cells were first gated by actin staining and then analyzed according to CD21 and CD23 expression. (B) The percentage of actin-reactive MZ B cells within the total MZ B cell population is shown.
