Effect of artemisinin and LPS on primary rat microglia viability.

<p>Viability in artemisinin-treated cells was evaluated using the MTT assay. Cells were incubated with artemisinin (2.5 to 20 µM) and LPS (1 µg/ml) for 1 h and with 10 µM artemisinin and 1 µg/ml LPS for 6 to 48 h. The results are displayed as the percentages of the control samples. The data are presented as the means ± S.E.M. (n = 5) for three independent experiments.
