<p>OCR and ECAR were measured using the XF 24 Extracellular Flux Analyzer. Addition of TP compounds resulted in a decrease in OCR with a simultaneous increase in ECAR. The observed decrease in OCR was not affected by addition of inhibitors of ATP synthase, uncoupling agents or complex I inhibition.
