Laser exposure. Cell viability was detected by the fluorescent live/dead cell assay kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific). After loading the Huh7 cells with calcein-AM (green) and etidium homodimer (red) images were acquired by confocal microscopy. After labelling, cells were exposed to laser light (magenta).
