Expression levels of miR-96 in tissue samples and PCa cell lines.

<p>miR-96 expression levels in human tissue samples (black bars) and PCa cell lines (striped bars) were measured by qRT-PCR and normalized to the geometric mean of RNU48, RNU66, RNU24 and RNU44. Highest expression was seen in the cell lines and the prostate (arrow) had high expression compared to other tissues.
