<p>N2 control and <i>pgrn-1(tm985)</i> animals were subjected to various stressors and then scored for survival or ability to develop from egg to L4 stage. (A) Day 1 adult animals were treated with 600 mM NaCl for 24 hours and scored for survival (Student's t test). (B) Day 1 adult animals were incubated at 35°C for 8 hours and scored for survival (Student's t test).
