Vectorized siRNA RET/PTC3-SQ/Lipofectamine inhibits <i>RET/PTC3</i> oncogene and oncoprotein.

<p>RP3 cells were treated with siRNA RET/PTC3-SQ NPs and siRNA Control-SQ NPs at 50 nM with and without Lipofectamine 2000. <b>A</b>. After 24 h and 48 h post-transfection, RNA was extracted and RT-qPCR was performed to assess the relative RET/PTC3 mRNA expression compared to non-treated cells. A statistical analysis was performed to detect difference between treatments by using ANOVA followed by LSD Post-hoc test (*** = <i>p<</i>0.001). <b>B, C</b>.
