<p>BDCA-1⁺ and BDCA-3⁺ mDC were incubated with RSV, hMPV, UV-hMPV, or media for 24 hours and co-cultured with CFSE-labeled allogeneic CD4⁺ T cells. On day 7, T cell proliferation was measured by examining CFSE expression on live CD4⁺ T cells.
