The amount of ATP in EL4 cells is less than that induces inflammation in the peritoneal cavity.

<p>(A) The total neutrophil numbers in the peritoneal cavity of WT C57BL/6 mice 4 hours after i.p. injection of indicated amount of ATP. All mice died by 4 hours in the 100 mg of ATP injected mice.
