<p><b>A.</b> Cohorts of irradiated NSG mice were given transplants of 10<sup>5</sup> CD34<sup>+</sup> cells isolated from CB expanded <i>ex vivo</i> in CB media supplemented with Tat-MYC/Tat-Bcl-2. The NSG xenochimaeric mice generated with isolated CD34<sup>+</sup> cells were euthanized and used to collect bone marrow cells. The BM cells were stained for human hCD45 (1<sup>st</sup> panel).
