<p>Groups of rats were immunized i.p. on day 0, 14 and 28 with 200 µg gluten protein per rat without adjuvant. Serum samples were obtained at sacrifice (day 35) and analyzed by ELISA for specific IgG1 (<i>A</i>) and IgE (<i>B</i>) against the gluten product used for immunization and for anti-gliadin IgE (<i>C</i>). Each symbol represents an animal and horizontal bars indicate mean values. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA (IgG1) and non-parametrical test (IgE).
