Nilotinib effect on cancer cell invasion and migration.

<p><b>(A, B)</b> BT-549 cells and MDA—MB 231 were seeded in the Matrigel-coated upper compartment of Boyden chambers and incubated with DMSO or 100nM nilotinib for 24h before fixation. Cell nuclei in the lower chamber were stained with Hoechst (representative images in left panels, scale bar: 500μm.
