<p>MS1 cells were preincubated with NS398 (10 and 20 μM) or RAGE neutralizing antibody (10 μg/mL) for 30 min, and then treated with AGEs (200 μg/mL) for 24 h. Bovine serum albumin (BSA, B, 200 μg/mL) was as a negative control. Cell lysates were immunoblotted for caspase-3 and PARP (A). β-actin served as an internal standard. Densitometric analysis for protein expression was shown (B).
