Comparison of time to find the platform for Morris water maze test.

<p>The performance of each mouse was normalized to its Day -21 performance. Bars denote the standard error of the mean for each treatment group (n = 5 mice per treatment group). Tests were conducted -21, -14, and -7 days prior to surgery and then 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after surgery. There was no significant difference between treatment groups (p = 0.23).
