The localization of hnRNP A2/B1 and the NP of influenza A virus during infection.

<p>(A) A549 cells were infected or mock-infected with the influenza A WSN/H1N1 virus. At the indicated time points, the localization of viral NP and hnRNP A2/B1 in cells was examined by immunofluorescence staining with anti-NP and anti-hnRNP A2/B1 antibodies. (B) The fluorescence signal of the indicated lines in the images of immunofluorescence staining at 4 and 6 h post-infection were analyzed by LSM Image Browser.
