Identification of the F412 and R422 residues in the tail loop of NP for interacting hnRNPA2/B1.

<p>(A) 293T cells were transfected with a plasmid that expresses either wild type or tail loop-deleted (Δ402–428) NP of WSN virus for 24 h. Lysates of the transfected cells were subjected to anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation. The precipitates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-NP and anti-hnRNP A2/B1 antibodies. (B and C) Lysates of 293T cells transfected with a plasmid expressing wild type NP of WSN, 141/H1N1 virus, or the indicated mutants were subjected to anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation. As mentioned, the precipitates were analyzed by immunoblotting.
