Each organization wants to retain their experienced and talented human resources, to be a successful organization in the long run. Organizations are using Quality of Work Life (QWL) as a tool to retain talents. Need satisfaction theory was adopted in this study to understand the QWL practices of auto motive industries in Chennai. The questionnaire was administered with experts and validated with reliability test. The sample size for this study was 378. Regression analysis was done by need satisfaction as independent variables with QWL.
