The quality of work life movement aims at integrating the socio-psychological needs of employees, the unique requirement of a particular technology, the structure and process of the organization.. Recent research indicates the factors influencing quality of work life of employees in an organization. A reviewof the literature highlights the factors contribute to QWL towards job satisfaction and employer – employee relationship.
