The main focus of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the Argentinian gastronomy supply and demand in Prague, and to evaluate their mutual relationship. The theoretical part deals with basic terms and their definitions that provide a background for the practical part. The first chapter explains the importance of tourism, food-beverage services and gastronomy. The second chapter is devoted to the Argentinian gastronomy itself, its typical ingredients, traditional dishes and eating habits as well.
