A propose of the corporate social responsibility and sustainable development concept in a small enterprise.

This Bachelor´s Thesis is about the concept of a corporate social responsibility and sustainable development within the area of small and medium enterprises. The goal of this thesis is to analyze current CSR activities of the selected small company OTHERM Sokolov and propose suitable activities which could be established into the company´s strategy. The theoretic part is focused on a historical progress of CSR and sustainable development, to the concept of the triple-bottom-line and options for small and medium enterprises in the area of CSR. The practical part introduces characteristics of OTHERM Sokolov company, its current activities in CSR and a list of possibly proper activities. Then in the practical part are presented results of customer´s and employee´s questionnaires
