This work is dedicated to corporate culture. The first part deals with the general concept of corporate culture, its definition, structure and influences, which it operates. There is mentioned the positive and negative effects on human being. At the end of the first section a few selected typologies and distribution of culture are described. The author states which concept of corporate culture she favors, and what knowledge her research stems from. The actual research is then devoted to the second part.
