Study is focused on the issue of the mentoring relationship, the process of its' development, characteristic features and quality. Study observe the role of the mentor and his/her influence to the relationship characteristics and quality. The aim of the study is to identify the characteristics of the mentoring relationship in mentoring program 5P and the role of mentor to its' charasteristics and quality. The theoretical framework of the study is focused on the mediation, mediated learning experience and the role of the significant adults in the child's socialization. Other theoretical concepts sum up the development of the relationship according to the communication theory and the theory about the dilemmas in the bringing-up relationship. ...
