Psychical violence at work - mobbing - it is a serious problem. It significantly influences health of workers, and despite there is not enough devoted attention to that problem. Reasons of the phenomenon are in the mobber's personality, badly adjusted firm culture, and mainly in the style of managing. The managers should realise mobbing does not have negative effects only for the victim, but for all company as well. They should learn to prevent and solve this situation. Mostly only results but not reasons have been removed. The aim of my work is to refer to dangerousness of this pathological phenomenon and its reasons which is mobbing causing
