Abstract - The purpose of this research are to knows about the compensation, career development and organizational commitment in PT. Bank BRI Syariah of Bandung Suniaraja branch,the influence of compensation organizational commitment, and the influence of career development on organizational commitment. The population of the study is all employees of PT. Bank BRI Syariah of Bandung Suniaraja branch with total number of employees 77. This research using proportionate stratified random sampling with 45 persons as the sample. The kind of this research is verificative descriptive.
